In my early 20s, I had real real bad depression. After I started pulling myself out of it, I made a habit of thinking "thats a reason why not" whenever something big or small made my day even a lil bit more worth living. For example, when I would take that first sip of hot coffee in the morning and feel the warmth all over or when the crowd at a concert would recognize the song the band just started playing and begin to cheer I would think "ooo thats a reason why not". I am mostly better now but all the time when something cool happens I will think that phrase. It is important to keep a running list, to be honest.

All that is to say, I'd like to add "box fan pointed at me on a hot night" to the list
