  1. Keep your living space tidy.
  2. Treat your body right - drink lotsa water, eat right, exercise, make a good night's sleep priority
  3. Rid yourself of addictions - even the minor ones like caffeine addiction
  4. Make debt free living a top priority
  5. Get a hobby
  6. Get right mentally and spiritually (often they go hand in hand)
